Since 2018, Art on Paper Amsterdam has been the leading Dutch art fair for contemporary art on, made of, or with paper. Since 2024, the “Classical and Modern” section, featuring renowned art dealers, has been part of the fair on or with paper, whether pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, watercolor, gouache, or collage, showcases the artist in their most spontaneous and artistically free moment. The directness associated with this medium brings artist and viewer very close together. In their intimacy and vulnerability, works on or with paper thrive in the exclusive attention they receive at this specialized art fair.

For the second time, Art on Paper Amsterdam will take place in the Kromhouthal, a historic industrial building that is perfectly suited for large—yet intimate—events such as our fair. The Kromhouthal is located in the cultural heart of Amsterdam-Noord and is easily accessible by boat, car, and public transportation.
